We are Scott and Ashleigh Shepard, owners at Shepard Home Inspection Team. We are lifetime Oklahomans, and we love our state. We bought our home in Ardmore in 2018, and our home inspection experience was less than ideal. After discovering a baseball-sized hole in our roof, as well as a rotting floor by the shower in the main bathroom, we decided we could do better. I was officially licensed to inspect any home in Oklahoma by March, 2019. I have been enjoying this new adventure ever since! Home Inspector in Training
Dillon joined the team in June of 2024 and is already proving to be a great asset to the company. He is taking his licensing and certification courses through InterNACHI and plans to be fully licensed by the end of the year. In the meantime, he is gaining real world experience by assisting with home inspections.
Dillon is a native Okie with deep roots in Southern Oklahoma. He was born and raised in Ardmore, with family ties all over Oklahoma. He earned an Associates Degree in Business at North Central Texas College, and has over a decade of experience with home renovation, automotive parts and service, and antique and furniture restoration. When he and his wife moved back to Ardmore in 2015, he gained more experience with the local home buying and selling processes, and started work as a handyman and property manager. His eye for detail and precision makes him an excellent inspector and a great addition to Shepard Home Inspections.
