My primary purpose for doing home inspections is not making money, it's the enjoyment of helping people make an informed decision about the biggest investment of their life. I make it easy for everyone. I'm happy to book inspections when it's convenient for your clients, even evenings and weekends. I am also willing to work with the client on payments. While I'm not the "budget" inspector, I will provide discounts when necessary.
CLEAR & EASY TO UNDERSTAND
I'll make sure the client understands
I encourage all of my clients to meet me at the property so I can explain, in clear language, what I am observing. My background is in customer service, not construction, so I understand that most home buyers do not understand the industry jargon. I make sure they understand the difference between maintenance items and defects. If the client is unable to meet me at the property, I will meet with them on FaceTime, phone, or off-site to explain my findings.
BUYERS AND SELLERS
Inspections for everyone!
Buyers are the most common client for home inspection; they want to learn everything about their potential new home that they can. Sellers can also benefit from a home inspection, though. A pre-listing home inspection can help to identify and address any potential "deal-breker" issues before potential buyers see the home. Either way, I will report what I observe without prejudice.

I enjoy doing home inspections so much that I continually pick up more equipment to make the inspections more efficient and accurate. With my 28' ladder, I'll get on any roof that is safe to access and if I can't get on the roof I will fly my drone over it. In addition to the equipment, I am constantly learning more about home inspections, building science, and customer service.
